I just had the dish called, Chicken Arrabiata. It was fantastic, however, this was not the standard Arrabiata sauce that is in all Italian recipie books. Can the Chef please tell me how he is making the sauce that is on the menu.

We live in Holiday, Florida only 3-4 months/year. We miss Rossi when we leave, but coming back every year is exciting because we go right to Rossi’s. Calamari-OUTSTANDING! Caprese salad-AMAZING-now the Pizza-it is by far the best in the 40 mile radius of Holiday. Quality through out their food-excellent prices and very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff.
